Since last 50 years, religious has been in thinking to develop Zalawadi Sai Suthar Girls Hostel in Ahmedabad, as result land was purchased on date 2/4/2001. With first payment Mr. J B. Solanki has made. Mrs. Kamlaben Bhikhubhai Sedaliya promised to make payment as the land costs.
On date 12/7/2002, "khat murat" was made by Mahant Bhaktvatsaldasji and ShreeHimatbhai Vachvana- mahant of Shree Swaminarayan Temple.
Shree J. B. Solanki and their collogues had collected more than 87,00,000/- Rs. as donation and started exclusive building of 5 floors for girls hostel. Its opening was made on 27/6/2004 by Acharya Shree Swami Shree Purshottam Priyadasdi. That time, all groups had flagged on of their groups with bands and national anthem, saluted to swamiji in Ahmedabad. Exclusive dancing program had been for their great work and in the presence of 3000 peoples group. There was banquets and navchandi yagna too. Shree. Natubhai Virjibhai Rathod had donated biggest amount of 21,00,000/- Rs. for society. There was statue of Smt. Renukaben Natubhai Rathod established in the compound.
In the girls hostel, who had made more then 5000/- Rs. donation, name was engraved in granite and theirs pictures was placed in the mirage hall. Who made 51,000/- Rs. Donation, their name was engraved with granite and placed in the door of girls hostel. All the credit goes to Mr. J. B. Solanki.
| 1. | Admission is permitted only for girls studying above the 12. Admission is restricted for job or night study. | ||||
| 2. | Term fee will be 3000/- and deposit will be 1000/-deposit will be given back when leaving the hostel. Lunch/dinner bill be monthly. 10% discount will be given for Zalavadi Sai Suthar Girls. | ||||
| 3. | Admission is restricted if girl is studying along with Job, business or any partnership. | ||||
| 4. | Last decision will be taken by admission committee and will be applicable. Admission fees must be completed as the admission is confirmed. | ||||
| 5. | Students must be present as the educational terms started. | ||||
| 6. | If student is not presented within 7 days of educational started and if student leaves the hostel, than 50% fees will be given back. After that refund is not possible. | ||||
| 7. | Additional expenses will be bared by students like school or college fees, exam fees, books, tour etc. | ||||
| 8. | Due to sickness, hostel will arrange doctor and primary facility, but expenses will be bared by students/parents only. In critical circumstances students will be granted to leave the hostel with their parents. | ||||
| 9. | If hostel property is broken by student, expense charge will be taken by student. | ||||
| 10. | Student has to follow daily rules and regulations. | ||||
| 11. | Leave is not permitted without grant of Gruhmata. Certain liberty will be given with writing permission from parents. | ||||
| 12. | Annual exam must be cleared and during reading vacation at home is not permitted. Failed students are not permitted to be in hostel. | ||||

Open ground is firmed with Games, Yoga, Parking etc. with 1200 Sq. Yard including lights, fans, flowers and trees. The hall is named with Smt. Renukaben Natubhai Rathod with life to go on 4th floor.
First floor with heavy lighting and winds facility including loudspeaker and meeting rooms is given with the name of Smt. Shantaben Ramjibhai Gadani Hall.
Full wide passage facility
11'X15' includes bed, tube light, fans, table, chairs, mirror, cupboards as primary facility given in the picture.
At the same time 50 girls can have lunch or dinner with washbasin, water cooler and fridge including latest kitchen room.
Its near Gruhmata office where it manages for admission and staff management accommodations.
Outside the office, there is facility given as waiting room, with daily magazines, newspapers and TV.
There is separate room for Gruhmata from where they can be direct in contact and control the girls hostel.
